Reported Crop Circles for the State of Kansas -

Pittsburg, Crawford County (August 25, 1952)

Blue, glowing BOL's (balls-of-light) and a buzzing/humming noise were reported by eyewitness William Squyres at 5:35 am. In the field over which the BOL’s hovered, the grass was flattened, forming a circle of 60 feet in diameter, with the grass in a "recognizable concentric pattern" and having the appearance of “being blown over”.

The USAF’s Project Blue Book investigated. Samples of soil and grass sent to Dayton, Ohio’s Wright-Patterson AFB & analyzed by Technical Analysis Division.

Eyewitness report only.

Crop type: grass
