Reported Crop Circles for the State of Massachusetts -

Waltham (Charles River), Middlesex County (January 11, 1991)

Double-ringed circle approximately 20’ in diameter was discovered in ice on the Charles River after a snowstorm. Investigator Paul Rosenfeld with geophysicist-oceanographer-geologist Dr. Jerome Carr investigated and ruled several possibilities including: underwater pipelines, underwater spring, whirlpools, and meteorite falls (even having MDC police divers check out the river bottom for rocks which turned up nothing).
