Reported Crop Circles for the State of New York -

Ithaca, Thomkins County (October 20, 1967)

A 55-year-old woman, a local government employee, reports seeing a “glowing” BOL behind her house. The next morning, she discovers a 30' diameter circle of cattails in a nearby swamp “where she had seen the light” the night before; she then reports the circle as a "saucer nest". In her description of the circle in the swamp, she says that the “cattails had been squashed down and found to lie in a clockwise spiral pattern.”
